PAYMENT TYPES
When using our on-line store there are two payment options:

1. Credit Card
We use the National Australia Bank secured payment service which ensures your privacy and security when making payment.

Current cards accepted are: Bankcard, VISA and Mastercard, American Express

2. Mail/ Phone
You may prefer to send your payment or call us with your details. When finalising your order you can select MAIL.You will be directed to print your order and then complete the details and send your order with your payment. As we receive a copy of your order you can even call us on 1300 467 444 (+613 9762 6613 - overseas), with your payment details.

HOW GST IS CALCULATED
In Australia all sales and services now attract a 10% loading for GST (Goods and Services Tax).

In creating your order, Insight for Living Australia calculates GST according to the following criteria.

- All products shown on Insight for Living Australia's web-store are inclusive of GST at the current rate of 10%.
- GST is included within the freight charged
- NO GST is applied to donations or product gifts provided by Insight for Living
- All products purchased for delivery within Australia, attract 10% GST.
- Australian orders: The GST amount shown on the order indicates the value included. To calculate this manually, add up the value of all goods and freight and then divide by 11.
- All orders with overseas delivery addresses do not pay GST. This is subtracted from the order.

SECURE PAYMENT GATEWAY
Our on-line store uses a secure payment gateway provided by the National Australia Bank. Features of this service include:

- Real-time authorisation and processing of credit card transactions.
- Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Acceptance of major credit cards, Bankcard, Visa, and MasterCard, AMEX

- Transaction security (Secure Socket Layer encryption) over the Internet
- Customer's credit card details are not provided to Insight for Living Australia.
- Electronic Payment Record provided to the cardholder.
